Les Habitations du Centre-ville is a non-profit organization created in 1982 and incorporated in accordance with the 3^rd part of the Law on Quebec entreprises.

It is administrated by an administrative council and set up by five administrators.

Services and day-to-day activities are carried out by a team headed by a general manager assisted by a manager and a leasing manager.
